Rob Bergman serves as Director of Compliance and System Efficiency at Hurricane Capital, bringing over 18 years of proven leadership in systems integration, data management, and enterprise modernization. Throughout his career, Rob has led complex, high-impact programs across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community, with a focus on full-scale system integration and cutting-edge modernization initiatives. Prior to joining Hurricane Capital, he held senior roles at Northrop Grumman and L3Harris, where he was instrumental in delivering secure, scalable, and mission-critical solutions. Rob holds a BBA from the University of Miami, FL and dual master’s degrees—an MBA and a MS in Information Systems and Technology Management—from the University of Delaware.
